Poker heaven Poker Review

Poker heaven has been around for several years and is part of the Boss network. Other sites featured on the boss network are tgf poker, virgin poker which are both also reviewed seperately. Poker heaven is responsible for building up the player base on the boss network due to its rake race competitions, tv apperances and large bonuses.

Poker heaven has a fast download and is automatically updated when you start it up making sure you have the latest software available. The poker heaven set up is rather simple and it uses the webdollar cashier software which is not only user friendly accepting many deposit options but it also has additional safety features included.

Beating the Virgin poker bonus, poker heaven has a 200% sign up bonus up to 1000 euros which is the currency the site plays in. This is quite a good bonus offering and is quite simple to release. I would reccommend cash table play if you intend to be a bonus whore as the tournament tables tend to take a little while to fill up.

The players on any poker site cannot be generalised as you will find every type of player on every site. On the boss network I have personally found some of the nicest people to talk to as well as a good range of passive players that give up chips easily. There tends to be many players that are overly aggressive and will push on weak hands ideal for doubling up if you are patient. The variety of games on poker heaven are, pot limit omaha, no limit holdem, limit holdem and stud games. Interestingly there are speed tournaments, turbo and normal tournaments as well as cooler tournaments allowing you to calm down and recover from tilt. The tables on poker heaven are nicely designed and include several features and information bubbles that tell you all you need to know about the game in hand which are moveable. One downside to poker heaven is the in ability to multi table as effectively as other sites such as betfair and poker rooms on the ipoker network.

What did we like about Poker heaven:

We liked the variety of games on the site as well as the fact you can play in any currency you like on cash tables meaning you can track how much your winning or losing as well as chat to players from your country which means a better poker experience.

What we didn't like about Poker heaven:

The software has the tendancy to glitch slightly at times and multi tabling is not as easy as other online poker rooms due to the software being over demanding at times.
